Position Overview

We’re looking for a

Social Media & Events Coordinator

to help grow our brand presence and engage our audience across digital and in‑person platforms.

In this role, you’ll

plan, create, and publish content

that builds brand awareness and demand — while also

organizing our attendance at events and trade shows

that showcase our commitment to pavement repair and maintenance and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, web and graphic designers to maintain a consistent company and product image.

Manage the

content calendar

across LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and YouTube/short‑form video.

Create engaging, platform-native posts (copy, photo, short video, stories/reels) highlighting product benefits, customer success, FAQs, seasonal tips, and jobsite demos.

Handle

community engagement

— respond to comments/DMs, elevate product questions, and build relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.

Track and report social media performance (reach, engagement, leads) with actionable insights.

Coordinate

paid social boosts

and awareness/lead‑gen ad campaigns within budget.

Ensure consistent brand voice, visuals, and trademark compliance.

Plan and execute trade shows and events:

registrations, booth/equipment shipments, services, hotel blocks, and on‑site coordination.

Manage

pre‑show promotions, at‑show activations, and post‑show follow‑ups

with the sales team.

Work with distributors to design

co‑branded marketing kits

and maintain an organized asset library.

Order and manage booth giveaways and promotional materials.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Understanding of major social media platforms and marketing content tools.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication, spelling, and grammar skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and external partners.

Must be able to lift samples and products up to 30 lbs.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight as needed.
