Description Under the direction of the Resident Care Supervisor or Operations Supervisor and with clinical supervision, the Lead Personal Care Aide is expected to serve in a leadership role with other aides to complete all required documentation, ensure all care and medications are administered appropriately, solve problems, and communicate with the staff of the next shift. Performs basic and routine quality care to PACE residents, including assisting them in activities of daily living and other personal care tasks.
Required Qualifications
National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
Six (6) months of medication administration experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of approved medication administration training.
Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
One (1) year of medication administration experience.
