Responsibilities
Driving new business and increasing penetration in existing accounts.
Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge, understanding of related clinical data, competitive product knowledge and industry trends.
Cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships to increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Apply working knowledge of clinical concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks.
Identify and resolve possible technical problems.
Provide consultative sales calls to Interventional Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Neuro Interventionalists and Vascular Surgeons, supporting their laboratory needs.
Partner with Cordis leadership, cross‑functional teams and field‑based counterparts (Regional Directors, Associate Territory Managers, CET Team, Marketing Product Managers, Key Account Directors, Senior Leaders, etc.).
Provide customer feedback, competitive intel, environmental shifts and other industry learnings through the appropriate channels to support Sales, Marketing and other cross‑functional leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related work experience.
5+ years of sales experience (preferred).
2+ years of selling medical supplies and devices with a medium‑length sales cycle.
Proficiency with PC applications, MS Office and virtual meeting software.
Ability to travel; must live within the territory and be willing to travel as needed to hit objectives.
Valid driver’s license.
