Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

THE ROLE The firm is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support internal teams across various functions. This in-office role is 20-25 hrs a week with Mondays mandatory, ideal for a proactive and organized professional who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings across time zones
Arrange domestic and international travel
Track and report expenses
Liaise with internal departments and external contacts
Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Support onboarding logistics for new hires
Handle confidential information with discretion
Assist with team communications and internal updates
Manage shared inboxes and route inquiries appropriately
Support team operations and handle ad hoc administrative tasks
THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoys supporting others to keep operations running smoothly. They should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
3+ years of administrative support experience
Experience in professional or financial services preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually (pro-rated for part-time)
Schedule: 25 hrs weekly with Mondays Mandatory
