The Assistant Manager Brand Marketing - Mickey Thompson is responsible for driving the execution of brand and product communication for our Mickey Thompson brand. This position is responsible for extensively understanding the brand's current/future product portfolio and consumer targets in order to create innovative go-to-market strategies that bring the brand and products to life. The candidate drives short and long term will produce communication strategies, marketing plans, and oversees all execution (including agency management). This position sits on the Mickey Thompson Brand Marketing team, but also squarely at the intersection of multiple cross-functional.
What You’ll Do
Define and maintain brand voice across all touchpoints, including style guides and messaging frameworks.
Lead creative development, turning strategy into compelling content and providing final copy sign-off.
Execute workflows for creative production, version control, and legal approvals.
Track campaign performance of messaging and incorporate results into future campaign planning.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
5 or more years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally in the automotive, automotive aftermarket, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Knowledge of brand strategy, creative strategy, and digital media planning.
Experience leading the execution of Marketing plans, including managing budgets and agency relationships.
Social media or influencer marketing experience — Desired.
