We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist & Coordinator to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing brand marketing initiatives across our portfolio of licensed footwear. This position is for a highly driven, creative marketing professional who can think strategically, manage campaigns end‑to‑end, and collaborate across teams to bring storytelling to life through product. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with creative intuition and strategic vision. They’re a proactive self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and has a passion for entertainment, pop culture, and fashion.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Development: Lead and assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and social media to support key launches and seasonal priorities.
Brand Management: Partner with licensors and internal teams to ensure brand consistency, creative alignment, and innovation across all marketing touchpoints.
Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage social content calendars, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling initiatives that drive engagement and growth.
Public Relations & Influencer Partnerships: Support and oversee PR strategy, press outreach, gifting programs, and event activations to generate buzz and earned media.
Media Asset Production: Collaborate with design and content teams to ideate, brief, and produce high‑quality marketing assets, including photo and video shoots.
Retail & Digital Marketing: Drive marketing initiatives for retail partners and eCommerce, including product page storytelling, retail displays, and digital campaigns.
Analytics & Insights: Monitor campaign performance, social metrics, and media coverage; translate results into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Cross‑Functional Leadership: Act as the marketing lead across multiple projects, aligning with product, sales, and design to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in marketing, ideally within footwear, fashion, or consumer goods.
Proven experience working with licensed brands or fashion in the industry.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and social media ecosystems.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Creative mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools.
