About the Role A confidential, high-performing private equity firm is seeking an accomplished
Executive Assistant
to provide high-level support to the CEO. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This individual will be responsible for ensuring the CEO’s professional and personal life run efficiently and seamlessly — coordinating complex calendars, travel, and day-to-day logistics across both business and family priorities. The CEO values initiative, strategic thinking, and a collaborative working style. The selected candidate will serve as a trusted partner, providing leverage, insight, and reliability across all facets of the CEO’s world.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the CEO across business and personal matters (approximately 50% family-related support for a family of five)
Manage and maintain a complex, ever-evolving calendar and schedule with precision and foresight
Coordinate all aspects of domestic travel, ensuring seamless logistics and optimized itineraries
Serve as the main point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders
Ensure the Principal is fully prepared for meetings, including materials and briefing notes
Prepare and reconcile expense reports (Concur)
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives as needed
Qualifications
2–5 years of relevant Executive or Personal Assistant experience supporting a senior leader
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to build trust and rapport
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and pivot quickly in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Concur
Prior experience supporting a C-level executive is highly preferred
A self-starter with a team-oriented mindset and genuine enthusiasm for the EA/PA craft
