Project Analyst, Junior
to support PMA-261 in
Patuxent River, Maryland.
Duties
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
Coordinating and executing travel documentation in DTS.
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications.
Maintaining and coordinating calendars and meetings in support of the DPM's.
Coordinate/schedule/facilitate meetings.
Meeting Minutes/Action Items.
Distribute briefs and files for meetings, as requested.
Proficient in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook and Word, and familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Good interpersonal skills.
Required Education BA/BS degree.
Allowed Substitution Associate’s degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree, OR four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.
Required Experience Less than 3 (three) years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional and Job description.
Desired Experience At least 1 (one) year of experience in an operational discipline. At least 1 (one) year of experience utilizing the Defense Travel System.
Security Clearance & Citizenship Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $36,632.19 to $59,448.28 (annualized USD).
