Olsson offers clients a full spectrum of water and wastewater services, including planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services. As a summer 2026 engineering student intern with the Water/Wastewater team, you will perform meaningful, hands‑on, real‑world work that will transform your classroom experience and help you envision your future career. You will provide project design utilizing CAD and modeling software, perform technical analysis, prepare construction documents, provide construction services, perform research, and write technical reports. You will work closely with other team members and engineers on projects related to wastewater collection and treatment as well as water supply, storage, treatment, and distribution. Typical projects include sanitary sewer piping, water and wastewater pump stations, water piping, water supply wells, water storage tanks, and water treatment facilities.
We will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Lincoln, NE or Omaha, NE office for this summer.
