Quality Technician
Join a dynamic team focused on ensuring product quality from the initial design phase through to assembly operations. This role involves providing leadership in a technician capacity on the 2nd shift in failure analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent defects in manufacturing and assembly processes. As a quality technician, this person will be the go‑to Quality person on the 2nd shift.
Responsibilities
Provide Quality Engineering support to identify appropriate corrective actions for quality issues.
Perform in‑process audits to detect production problems before products reach Final Inspection.
Develop and execute quality planning for incoming materials, manufactured components, assemblies, and finished products.
Assist in establishing effective inspection sampling plans and quality audits to ensure cost‑effective compliance with customer expectations and specifications.

2+ years experience in a Quality Technician role
2+ years experience in Quality Audits and Quality Checks
Additional Skills & Qualifications
AAS Degree in Engineering or General Studies
Quality Audit experience

Open to entry‑level Quality Engineering, Quality Standards, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance
Work Environment The position is based in a clean facility and offers a balanced mix of on‑floor and desk work. You will have access to a designated desk area. The company is experiencing growth, providing opportunities for career advancement. This position will be supporting the 2nd shift operations.
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
