Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.
At BambooHR, our Create Team partners with growing SMB and mid-market organizations that want to transform how they do HR. As an Account Executive 3, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from nurturing warm leads to closing strategic, high-value deals.
You’ll navigate complex buying groups, engage multiple decision-makers, and lead thoughtful, consultative sales conversations. This role is built for relationship builders and problem solvers who thrive in complex, technical sales environments.
(In-office Tuesday–Thursday | Work hours 8–5 or earlier if you prefer)
You Will:
Own Your Pipeline:
Manage the full sales cycle — mid funnel inbound and self-sourced leads to close.
Multi-Thread Like a Pro:
Build and maintain relationships with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders within each account.
Strategic Selling:
Create compelling business cases that tie BambooHR’s value to measurable business outcomes.
Collaborate to Win:
Partner with SDRs, RevOps, and marketing to accelerate deal velocity and optimize handoffs.
Forecast with Confidence:
Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM.
Stay Sharp:
Stay informed on HR tech trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
What You’ll Do
Experience:
3+ years in B2B SaaS sales with proven success managing multi-stakeholder, complex deals.
HR Tech Knowledge:
Experience selling HR technology or related SaaS solutions is a major plus.
Sales Expertise:
Strong prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills within the mid-market space.
Tech Proficiency:
Comfortable using Salesforce, Google Workspace, and modern sales tools to manage opportunities.
Communication:
Confident storyteller who can connect product value to business impact.
Drive & Grit:
Competitive, resilient, and goal-oriented with a bias for action.
Team Player:
Thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to a winning culture.
