Field Sales Representative – TruGreen

Join TruGreen as a Field Sales Representative and become the face of TruGreen's personalized lawn care solutions. You will meet homeowners face‑to‑face, introduce them to the benefits of TruGreen’s lawn care services, and build lasting customer relationships.

Location: 5943 Highway 90, Theodore, Alabama 36582

What You’ll Do

Engage with new and existing customers via door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm

Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household because no two yards – or customers – are the same

Turn “just looking” into “just signed” using TruGreen’s proven sales methodology and processes

Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and track performance, because numbers matter and so does follow‑through

Cross‑sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or GED (a PhD in People Skills is highly encouraged)

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are even more important

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong communication skills, both small talk and closing conversation, delivered sincerely and smartly

Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset; you don’t want to be told “go”

Comfortable with technology and mobile devices (you won’t need to code, just tap, swipe, and go)

Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors

Average income is $875–$1,200/week (based on an annual salary plus average commissions earned for qualifying representatives)
