Corporate Services Director

Your Role with the Company:
Provide hands‑on leadership in the flagship restaurant, maintaining a strong floor presence to ensure service standards, guest experience, and operational excellence
Oversee recruitment, training, development, and performance management of front‑of‑house teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Manage financial performance, including P&L oversight, budgeting, and cost controls to support profitability and long‑term growth
Support new restaurant openings, guiding service training, systems, and standards to ensure seamless launches
Conduct regular visits to each property to evaluate service standards, reinforce training, and provide ongoing support to local leadership teams
Partner with licensees to maintain brand integrity, ensuring consistency in service, culture, and guest experience across all operations
Qualifications:
5+ years of FOH Management experience at a 2 or 3‑starred Michelin establishment
Proven leadership experience with strong floor presence and ability to set tone for service excellence
Exceptional service and hospitality skills, with a background in training, mentoring, and developing high‑performing teams
Demonstrated success overseeing service standards, financial performance, and people management
Charismatic and disciplined leader who earns respect quickly, inspires passion, and cultivates a culture of excellence
Ability to collaborate with licensees and partners to ensure consistent service standards and brand integrity
Compensation & Benefits:
Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr – $160,000.00/yr
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus
