Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
BLS certification required
Degree accreditation on profile or 5 years of nursing experience
Prior travel nursing experience preferred
Willingness to float to other campuses, Med/Surg units, and ED Hold (MS level patients)
Must reside more than 50 miles from facility (no local candidates)
Med/Surg Nurse Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the Med/Surg Ortho Spine unit
Float to sister campuses, additional Med/Surg units, and ED Hold areas as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR
Integrate seamlessly with permanent staff as a core member of the nursing team
Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and procedures
