Location:
Floating across Skagit County, Whatcom County, Island County, and Snohomish County, WA greater markets
Opportunity:
Earn up to $88,000 or more with uncapped commissions! Base salary $32,000 with a commission plan that allows exceeding quota.

This dynamic opportunity represents our single‑family sales initiatives, potentially based out of Skagit County, Whatcom County, Island County, and Snohomish County, WA greater markets.
The role will float across the market east of Puget Sound.
A Day in the Life of the Direct Sales Representative – Single‑Family Units
Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face‑to‑face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
Aggressively pursue any leads provided daily.
Understand every unique element of assigned properties within the portfolio.
Distribute marketing material, facilitate strategic marketing campaigns, and build Astound brand awareness.
Review and understand property contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations.
Understand customer needs and articulate solutions.
Attend mandatory sales meetings.
Report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
Stay up to date with what the competition is doing in your market.
What You Bring to the Table
Ability to work in a fast‑paced challenging environment.
Enjoys working outdoors “on the hunt” since 90% of all work is in the field.
Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
Positive, creative and persuasive personality.
Motivated, self‑starter, comfortable with working autonomously.
Detail‑oriented with highly developed organizational and time‑management skills.
Sales‑quota driven.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Visit potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, providing quotes and sign‑up orders.
Other duties as assigned.
Flexible scheduling.
Adjusted quota during ramp‑up period.
Protected territory with excellent training and mentoring.
Education and Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
