Anchorage Digital is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Institutional Sales Representative to join our team. As a member of the sales team, you will be integral to driving forward the growth and future success of the Anchorage Wealth Management custody and trading platform for RIAs, Asset Managers, Broker Dealers, Banks and other financial institutions.

In this role you will act as an ambassador for the company and our industry, building Anchorage Digital’s reputation as the premier digital asset venue for the wealth management ecosystem and acting as a critical source of client insights and market intelligence, helping to inform our product roadmap and business plan.

Technical Skills

Drive new business sales and add‑on business with existing clients for Anchorage Digital’s full suite of products and services.

Originate and close a pipeline of opportunities with a primary initial focus on independent RIAs and Family Offices while building meaningful long term relationships.

Complexity and Impact of Work

Create a systematic strategy for the Anchorage Wealth sales vertical, leveraging all of the internal resources available, from marketing, to business operations and client experience.

Organizational Knowledge

Entrepreneurial attitude and intellectual curiosity. Ability to think creatively and help design solutions to client specific challenges.

Act as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital, participating in industry events, building a network of clients and industry peers.

Communication and Influence

Partner closely with Product and Platform teams to share client feedback and inform product roadmap.

Collaborate across all departments, from legal to product, client experience, compliance etc. to effectively close deals and provide the best experience to our clients.

Qualifications

Institutional sales experience within financial services, digital assets, and/or SaaS, with a strong history of end to end sales lifecycle management.

Entrepreneurial attitude and intellectual curiosity. Ability to think creatively to identify solutions and solving client specific needs and challenges.

Team player and collaborative approach with the ability to navigate within a matrix environment.

Strong executive presence and ability to articulate Anchorage Digital’s unique value proposition.

Desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
