Job Summary:

The Department of Economics, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management at GGC seeks an Assistant Professor of Marketing to begin August 1, 2026. Successful candidates will be expected to teach a 3‑3 load of lower‑ and upper‑division courses, actively participate in scholarly activities, demonstrate student engagement and mentorship, and participate in service to the college and community.

Required Qualifications

A Ph.D. in Marketing or a closely related field on or before the start date

Minimum of 18 graduate credit hours within the field of marketing

Preferred Qualifications

A Ph.D. from an AACSB accredited institution

Demonstrated excellence in teaching undergraduate courses in marketing

Strong record of scholarly research with a focus on contributions to the field of marketing

Flexibility to teach a variety of undergraduate marketing courses including, but not limited to, Marketing Management, Professional Selling, Marketing Research, and/or B2B Marketing
