Position Details

Start Date: ASAP for the 25/26 school year

Hours: Part‑time, approximately 20 hours per week

Grade Levels: K‑12 students

Location: Remote

Compensation: Starting at $50/hour (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview The successful candidate will provide behavior analysis services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, design and implement behavior intervention plans, and train school staff and families.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with ASD.

Provide direct behavior analysis services, including functional communication training, discrete trial training, and naturalistic teaching strategies.

Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to implement BIPs and ensure consistency across settings.

Train school staff and families on behavior management strategies, data collection methods, and behavior intervention techniques.

Monitor students’ progress and behavior data, making data‑based decisions and adjustments to BIPs.

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings, providing behavior analysis expertise and recommendations.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, intervention plans, progress reports, and related documentation.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and current licensure or eligibility for licensure.

Previous experience as a BCBA or behavior analyst in a school or educational setting.

Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and ABA interventions for individuals with ASD.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in assessment, data collection, and data analysis techniques.

Experience in teletherapy or online behavior analysis services.
