INSERT PROPERTY SPECIFIC INFORMATION (i.e. Resort Marketing Details, Sign-On Bonus, Property Specific Benefits, etc..) What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do Ensure physical atmosphere and cleanliness of restaurant including tables and side stations. Assist in maintaining a smooth running operation. Monitor food quality and service level. Monitor payroll and revenue. Provide a pleasant and efficient atmosphere for staff and guests. Assist in inventory control. Maintain service standards. Responsible for daily paperwork including payroll, inventory, etc. Assist staff with any problems that may occur. Any additional tasks assigned by management or supervisor. What are we looking for Previous experience working at a Restaurant in a luxury hotel and or full service resort. Knowledge of Micros. Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations. Excellent customer service skills. Pleasant and positive personality. Well organized. Compensation
