We are hiring immediately for full‑time Catering Attendant positions at Flik Hospitality Group.
Location: 245 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02210. Schedule: Full time Monday‑Friday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. (flexible). Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour.
Requirements: Prior catering experience preferred. Valid driver’s license may be required. Food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit may be required by state law.
Job Summary Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. Ensures accurate execution of all events during the shift. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; breaks down setup and leaves the area neat and clean; returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
Log and maintain food temperatures.
Arrange tables and decorations.
Set up buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.
Serve food and beverages to guests.
Thoroughly clean location after event completion.
Return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility.
Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
Stock, clean and maintain catering facility and equipment.
Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license may be required.
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler’s permit and/or alcohol server’s permit where required by state law.
