Responsibilities
Develop key opportunities in the New York territory.
Cultivate and grow relationships with customers and prospective customers, including drywall subcontractors, project engineers, and architects.
Drive market share and profitable revenue growth in keeping with company objectives.
Engage in strategic planning and presentation to stakeholders.
Travel extensively daily, including some overnight travel.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 4 years of success selling construction or related building products to contractors, distributors, architects, and engineers in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Knowledge of blueprints, architectural specifications/design, structural engineering, and construction management strongly preferred.
Experience selling cold-formed steel highly desirable.
A voracious competitive spirit, strategic mindset, and superior communication/presentation skills.
Strong service orientation and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships internally and externally.
Valid and clean driver's license.
