Responsibilities
Conduct engaging, in-home consultations to educate homeowners on high-quality, energy-efficient exterior remodeling solutions.
Leverage company-provided leads and a trusted brand name to close high-volume deals.
Maintain and track personal KPIs to ensure consistent sales performance.
Participate in weekly sales coaching and professional development sessions.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Represent B&B’s reputation for honesty, excellence, and professionalism in every interaction.
Qualifications
2–3+ years of proven success in in-home service sales (roofing, siding, windows, solar, or similar).
Currently employed top performer generating $1.5M–$3M+ in annual sales with verifiable KPIs.
Confident communicator with outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
Driven, competitive, and self-disciplined — motivated by measurable success.
Coachable, team-oriented, and hungry for growth.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Compensation Base salary: $25,000 + commissions, monthly bonuses. On Target Earnings: $300,000+ annually.
