Position Summary Join the skilled surgical team in the Weinberg General Adult OR at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, featuring 16 state‑of‑the‑art operating rooms. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide expert care for adult surgical patients, serving in both scrub and circulating roles. Primary surgical services include thoracic, gastrointestinal, plastics, ENT, endocrine, oncology, and general surgeries. This fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment offers the opportunity to work alongside leading surgeons and multidisciplinary teams. New graduate nurses benefit from a comprehensive 6‑month orientation, designed to build confidence and clinical excellence in the perioperative setting.

Lead Clinical Nurse
provides guidance and direction to staff and acts in the absence of the Assistant Nurse Manager/Nurse Manager to oversee a clinical team during care delivery and unit operations.
Shift Day shift; on-call per unit policy

Who Should Apply
Bachelors degree in Nursing required
Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
BLS CPR certification required
OR RN experience required
Salary Minimum $46.57/hour - Maximum $72.18/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
