We are seeking a compassionate and skilled

Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APRN) Part-Time

to join our Home for Little Wanderers- PACT-Y (Program for Assertive Community Treatment for Youth)

team. This role is ideal for a provider who thrives in community-based, trauma-informed care and is passionate about supporting youth with complex behavioral health needs.

How You'll Be Making a Difference

Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and clinical consultation for youth ages 8–22.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including clinicians, peer mentors, vocational specialist, and family partners.

Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to integrated care planning.

Engage youth and families in culturally responsive, strengths-based care.

Maintain documentation in accordance with agency and state guidelines.

Qualifications

Licensed as an

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)

in Massachusetts with

prescriptive authority .

Board certification in

Psychiatric-Mental Health

(PMHNP) preferred.

Experience working with children, adolescents and young adults in community mental health settings.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
