What you will be doing We're seeking a dynamic Director of Planning and Operations to lead strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence across FootJoy. This high-impact role partners closely with sales, product, and factory teams to optimize distribution, supply planning, forecasting, and quality operations. You'll oversee U.S. distribution performance, lead global supply planning, and manage cross‑functional teams across Asia to ensure our products meet the highest standards. With a focus on continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and collaborative leadership, this role is ideal for a results‑driven professional passionate about building strong teams and delivering exceptional outcomes.

What you Bring

10+ years of leadership experience in operations and supply chain, ideally within the footwear industry

Proven success in sales planning, analysis, and distribution management

Strong track record of resolving issues in real time and delivering measurable results

Strategic thinker with a process improvement mindset and cross‑functional collaboration skills

Data‑driven leader with disciplined execution and a proactive, "act now" approach

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Committed to driving change and fostering alignment across diverse teams

Pay Range: $147,498.00-$191,778.00
