Senior Director Implementations - AP Automation Payables Corpay is looking to hire a Senior Director of Implementation within our Implementations division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN.

In this role, you will be responsible for the customer onboarding process and associated implementation teams implementing the Corpay Payments Automation solution set and channel‑related partner onboarding. You will work closely with teams for customer set‑up, satisfaction, and success, and lead enhancements to relevant operational flows. The role requires a deep understanding of customer and partner needs, process and technology, experience in a professional services function, and adaptability.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a highly professional demeanor, deep product knowledge, proactive problem solving, and the ability to monitor and analyze qualitative and quantitative data are required. You will report directly to the VP of Implementations and regularly collaborate across various business units.

Role Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor Managers of Implementation to maximize their potential and professional growth.

Formulate and implement long‑ and short‑range plans and policies to support a consistent customer onboarding experience and product adoption.

Design and evaluate implementation workflows to ensure timely and accurate boarding and high customer satisfaction.

Oversee customer handoff, partnerships, and synergies in all areas that affect onboarding and success.

Benchmark, analyze, report, and recommend growth for Corpay’s customer onboarding operations, services, and systems.

Review onboarding and activity reports, team metrics, and performance data to identify improvement areas.

Work closely with engineering and other operations departments to ensure project and customer success.

Partner with Engineering to drive enhancements to new customer experience; partner with Sales for messaging and handoffs; partner with Operations and Customer Success for ongoing positive experience.

Build excellent working relationships with key business leaders and colleagues.

Perform miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

Leadership: Engage, influence, motivate teams; delegate responsibility; provide feedback; set goals.

People resources & staff development: Deep knowledge of recruitment, training, compensation, employment relations, and HRIS; identify developmental needs; coach and mentor.

Problem solving: Identify and drive win‑win solutions; generate creative ideas; use logic and reasoning.

Customer service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service; strong communication skills.

Business acumen: Understand how business goals are achieved; use sound judgment in recommendations and decisions.

Technology: Knowledge of computer hardware, software, CRM (Salesforce), BI (PowerBI), email, chat, phone systems.

Advanced skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; advanced CRM or ticketing; bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.

10+ years of progressive account or business management experience in a highly technical organization; experience in support, sales, product, and customer success; expertise in developing and managing processes and customer relationships.
