What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define and build the "Incentive Primitives" from 0-to-1, partnering with Engineering to create core components for the incentives engine
Develop and own the vision for the "Incentives Engine," enabling teams to launch high-ROI campaigns quickly
Collaborate with Data Science to establish analytics and optimization frameworks for all incentives
Lead integration efforts with risk and compliance systems to ensure security and scalability
Manage cross-functional teams to execute and scale the incentives infrastructure effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
6+ years of product management experience, preferably in a consumer tech company’s Growth team
Entrepreneurial mindset with hands‑on experience in running incentive programs
Strong systems thinking ability, capable of building scalable solutions
Direct experience in growth, promotions, or incentives related to rewards and loyalty programs
Proven analytical skills with experience in developing measurement and A/B testing frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Passion or experience in the cryptocurrency space
Strong interest in business impact, including revenue generation and lifetime value optimization
