Vice President, Integrated Marketing – Marcus by Goldman Sachs – Chicago, IL The Marcus US Marketing team is responsible for driving growth and end‑to‑end customer lifecycle management for millions of Marcus customers across our high‑yield savings and CD products. We’re a data‑driven team that’s hyper‑focused on performance, measurable impact, customer insights & experience and digital. We are also collaborative, integrated with the business, providing strategic partnership with pricing, product, engineering and delivery/operations.

Our advisor‑led wealth management businesses provide financial planning, investment management, banking and comprehensive advice to a wide range of clients, including ultra‑high net worth and high net worth individuals, as well as family offices, foundations and endowments, and corporations and their employees. Our direct‑to‑consumer business provides digital solutions that help customers save and invest. Marcus by Goldman Sachs The firm’s direct‑to‑consumer business, Marcus by Goldman Sachs, combines the entrepreneurial spirit of a start‑up with more than 150 years of experience. Today, we serve millions of customers across multiple products, leveraging innovative design, data, engineering and other core capabilities to provide customers with powerful tools and products that are grounded in value, transparency and simplicity.

This role is for a 2026 start.

Responsibilities

Refresh and maintain audience strategy, market trends, and competitive landscape, working with research and acquisition teams

Develop new brand vision and architecture for business and map to all customer touchpoints (e.g., advertising, web, communications)

Oversee creative development and advertising process

Develop integrated go‑to‑market plan across owned, paid and earned channels with clear priorities, KPIs, ROIs, and resource allocation

Oversee execution, launch campaigns, working with paid media team and agency partners

Develop measurement infrastructure including holistic brand health measurements to measure and analytic impact of efforts

Build out a brand and integrated marketing infrastructure, including operating model with acquisition team

Identify key talents to hire to build integrated marketing capabilities at company; lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team

Oversee our creative agency strategy and manage day‑to‑day relationship

Work with PR team on any press releases, media outreach, content strategy

Keep pace on competitive landscape and spend

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in an integrated or brand marketing leadership role

Minimum of 3 years experience within financial services / consumer banking

Proven track record of developing and executing successful cross‑channel campaigns with measurable business results

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Experience managing and developing a team of marketing professionals.

Strong financial acumen and experience managing marketing budgets.

Able to work in a regulatory environment with legal & compliance partners

Salary Range The expected base salary for this Chicago, Illinois, United States‑based position is $85,000 - $240,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year‑end.
