Predominantly PPO practice
Comprehensive dental office
Compensation
31%–33% of production based on experience
Guaranteed compensation in first 6 months
Full‑time dentist expected to make between $205,000 and $450,000
Up to a $10,000 signing bonus depending on average days worked per week
Schedule
Minimum of 2 days a week, up to 5 depending on preference
