Formulating applications into the final closing package.
Follow‑up on documents after closing.
Preparing the closed loan for shipment to the servicer, investor, or government agencies.
Verify and input all accurate closing data.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of closing experience.
Must have a thorough knowledge of TRID guidelines.
Must be available to work in office (Trevose, PA).
Must have extensive knowledge of real estate and regulations, appraisal guidelines, and financial statements.
