Position Overview As a Solar Sales Energy Field Advisor, you will be on the frontlines of our growth, meeting with homeowners, explaining the financial and environmental benefits of solar, and closing deals. This is a sales‑driven role with unlimited earning potential. We provide full training, ongoing support, and the tools you need to succeed. No prior solar experience required.

Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on sales leads through fieldwork, referrals, and company resources

Meet with potential customers to explain solar options and cost‑saving benefits

Conduct consultations and tailor proposals to fit homeowner needs

Present and close deals with confidence and professionalism

Build long‑term relationships with customers to drive referrals and repeat business

Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to sharpen sales skills

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (required); college degree a plus

Strong communication, persuasion, and people skills

Competitive, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented personality

Sales experience (in solar, home improvement, or related industries) but not required

Ability to work independently while hitting sales goals

Compensation $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year (commission‑based with performance bonuses; top performers can exceed $150,000+).
