The Position We're looking to hire a Senior Database Administrator to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
Team Augmentation: Integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
Design & Build: Work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of professional SQL Server administration experience.
Advanced English proficiency.
Successful completion of a four‑year college degree.
Deep expertise in Azure SQL solutions and high‑availability architectures.
Strong T‑SQL and performance tuning skills.
Hands‑on experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar ETL tools.
Experience in data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with Python, Spark, or other modern data tools.
Industry certifications and experience in regulated environments (insurance/finance).
Strong problem‑solving and ownership mindset.
Ability to work on Agile/Scrum teams.
Extensive experience with large, complex systems.
Consistent ability to work 40 hours per week.
