Seeking a DUI Attorney for a Flexible Position. Okoye Law Offices is seeking a Criminal/DUI attorney to assist us with providing services to a rapidly growing influx of new clients in the Greenville, South Carolina Area. We are a mission-driven law firm that believes that legal services can be delivered in a way that is both affordable for clients and profitable for our firm. We offer various legal solutions that are tailored to the legal needs of clients, as well as their financial circumstances. We allow clients to pay a lower down payment and then pay for their ongoing representation over time with automated weekly/bi-weekly and monthly payment plans. We are looking for attorneys who not only have experience in the practice of law but also see value in our mission and approach to the practice of law and will, therefore, be a natural fit to work with our firm. We enroll each client for service, and our paralegals will draft their paperwork for you. So you will not have to sign up any clients or prepare motions or other court documents.
Responsibilities
Court appearances
Client intake interviews and ongoing communications
Motion hearings
Correspondence with opposing counsel/court
Any other aspects related to representing the client’s needs in their DUI matters
Qualifications
At least 2 years of DUI Law experience, either in your own practice or as an associate at another firm
Licensed in South Carolina
Eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges
Willingness to travel to contiguous counties
Excellent written and oral advocacy
Exceptional client service and a congenial and collaborative mindset
Compensation $80,000 per year
