IT Support Specialist

What you’ll do
Provide desk side, remote and virtual client support to internal employees
Perform hands‑on technical upgrades and deployments
Ensure Service Level Agreements are met for each support ticket
Provide repair and maintenance for mobile devices as needed
Participate in various system upgrades and maintenance
Assist IT Asset Manager with asset management activities including updating and administering the company asset management database
Participate in decommissioning and disposal of IT assets
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
What you’ll bring
Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving with attentiveness to detail
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in a related field with 2‑4 years of experience in supporting desktop‑related equipment and application programs
Windows desktop/laptop, printer, scanner, Apple iPhone and tablet troubleshooting experience required
Active Directory administration / user management experience required
Laptop / desktop imaging – Microsoft SCCM experience preferred
Thin client configuration management – Intune / Citrix experience preferred
PowerShell scripting experience is a plus
JAMF administration experience is a plus
