is urgently hiring a full‑time dentist to join a thriving dental practice in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate has general and pediatric experience and works well with a pediatric population.

Duties
General dentistry focused on pediatric patients
Develop relationships with children and parents; communicate treatment plans in English and support Spanish‑speaking parents with a dental assistant translator
Diagnose tooth pathology and present treatment options
Perform procedures (SSC, basic fillings, pulpotomy, basic extractions, space maintainers, prophylaxis with a cavitron)
Document care accurately and promptly
Collaborate with the team for comprehensive patient care
Comply with all ICA guidelines
Requirements
DDS/DMD degree
Active, unrestricted Texas license
3‑5 years of pediatric dental experience preferred
Credentialed with Medi in TX preferred (TMHP, DentaQuest, MCNA, UHC & CHIP plans)
Schedule Full time
Salary (range) $260,000 per year (~$1,000 per day for six months or better)
Benefits
Bonus compensation potential
$5,000 signing bonus; $25,000 retention bonus over 2 years
