Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Coda Search is partnering with a rapidly expanding global sports, entertainment, and marketing agency that has grown from 300 to over 2,000 employees across 12 business units, generating more than $1BN in annual revenue. Representing some of the world’s most influential athletes, entertainers, and brands, the company is recognized for its innovative approach and ability to shape culture on a global scale.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant to gain broad exposure across multiple facets of the business, including revenue transactions, cash management, and client invoicing. The company is deeply committed to promoting from within; the person previously in this role has already advanced to another group, showcasing the clear career trajectory available to top performers.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately record and reconcile daily revenue transactions in the accounting system.
Manage cash receipts and deposits, performing timely bank reconciliations.
Create, track, and adjust invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
Monitor outstanding payments and prepare receivables status reports for leadership.
Assist with accounts payable, including coding invoices and ensuring proper documentation.
Post journal entries to the general ledger in accordance with accounting policies.
Support quarterly audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Prior experience in Accounts Receivable and revenue accounting preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
