Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from research findings.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
