Role Responsibilities
Create or edit EMM documentation such as mobile device enrollment guides, help‑desk FAQs, and KB articles.
Support mobility MDM issues (severity 1 and 2) including server failures and functionality losses.
Provide administration support for end users utilizing the EMM portal.
Manage service agreements with end users within ITSM via MDM L3 level agreements.
Generate and submit monthly or as‑needed EMM reports (device, user, policy).
Support MEM, MAM, MCM administration—mobile email, application, content management, and EMM policy management.
Utilize the EMM console for changes, enhancements, and reporting.
Offer technical guidance on current and future MDM equipment upgrades.
Manage add/remove user operations, remote device actions (wipe, reset), enrollment, configuration, and email issues.
Participate in daily MDM operations meetings to ensure compliance and meet customer expectations.
Resolve MDM troubleshooting promptly.
Configure device whitelist/blacklist and push configuration profiles via the EMM portal.
Handle onboarding and off‑boarding of mobile devices and lifecycle management.
Report on device usage, billing, invoicing, and associated services (data, hotspots, tethering).
Provide compliance, incident, and change management support.
Basic Requirements
8+ years of IT experience.
6+ years in mobility L3 MDM team.
Expertise in Workspace One and Microsoft Intune MDM.
Additional Skills
Experience with Workspace One UEM and Microsoft Intune.
Migrating from Workspace One to Intune.
Advanced troubleshooting on iOS and Android platforms with multiple apps.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Hands‑on experience on iOS and Android platforms.
Knowledge of Nexthink, Autopilot.
Strong documentation skills.
Familiarity with ITIL processes; preferred certification in ITIL Foundation.
Education
College degree preferred.
Certification Preferences
Workspace ONE MDM.
Microsoft Intune.
MCSE or Microsoft Exchange Server certifications.
