What You'll Do:
Elemental LED seeks a strong communicator and brand-driven Copywriter to strategically support our Sales, Marketing, Product, and Training teams. The Copywriter is responsible for crafting compelling, engaging, and Company-aligned written content across multiple brands and audiences. This role combines creativity with strategy to develop messaging that connects with target audiences, supports marketing campaigns, and drives business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a versatile writer with a strong understanding of brand voice, technical acumen, and best practices for digital content. From building training decks and sales presentations to crafting brand-aligned copy for flyers, social posts, and catalogs, this position plays a key role in shaping how our Company and each of its brands present themselves consistently across all channels. This position requires high-level project management, managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality, and actively communicating with team members.
Challenge Yourself – The Specifics:
Write creative product messaging tailored to diverse audiences and media
Compose clear and persuasive content of complex ideas with a customer-forward approach in the following categories.
Marketing – Web, email, advertising, and social media
Product – Descriptions, applications, and technical data
Education and Training – Presentations and Sales Decks
Corporate identity – Company branding, video scripting, and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with internal departments and contractors to conceptualize and support campaign execution.
Critical evaluation and proofreading new and existing copy to ensure brand consistency, grammatical accuracy, and tone alignment.
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications: You Have a Unique Combination of Skills, Talents, and Mindset, Including Many of the Following:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, or related field, preferred or equivalent training and work experience
Minimum of two to five (2–5 years) of experience in content creation or marketing communications
Experience partnering with executives, sales teams, and marketing professionals to align messaging across departments
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities; skilled in both visual and written content creation
Strong understanding of presentation tools– PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, and Keynote.
Ability to adapt brand voice and identity across multiple brands and formats for varied audiences
Confident copywriting skills for email, social media, and product marketing
High attention to detail and consistency in voice and tone
Comfortable managing multiple projects and working across departments
Familiarity with B2B marketing, sales enablement, or creative production for product teams is a plus
Salary
$70,000 - $85,000/annually DOE
