Our leading entertainment and media client is seeking an Advertising & Media Coordinator to support the execution of media deliverables across brand and show marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at collaborating with creative teams and agencies to ensure seamless delivery of marketing assets.
This is a one-month project opportunity with the potential to extend. Must be able to work on a hybrid basis in the Los Angeles and Burbank offices.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and traffic marketing materials for brand and show campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Review and proofread marketing assets to maintain quality, accuracy, and brand consistency. Support digital agency management by scheduling briefings, setting timelines, and reviewing creative proposals. Vet targeting and digital media partners to align with campaign objectives. Compile URL lists of positive coverage, assess site lists and talent for prior show coverage, and evaluate tone and fit. Assist in developing marketing briefs and strategies; gather research and competitive insights. Organize, document, and maintain campaign files, vendor resources, and new business proposal materials. Streamline workflows and communication across teams to ensure efficient project management. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required. 1+ year of project coordination experience in marketing, media, or advertising within the entertainment industry (2+ years preferred). Experience supporting a paid media planning team in streaming, entertainment, or studio environments. Familiarity with operational tasks such as quality control (QC) of video or digital assets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise direction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
