What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Define and execute product strategies leveraging digital platforms to deliver seamless financial experiences

Own the roadmap for the digital experience and collaborate with Marketing to address key challenges

Analyze product usage, conversion funnels, and customer feedback to inform roadmap priorities and feature enhancements

Lead cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver iterative improvements and rapid innovation

Ensure consistent product performance and experience across all digital touchpoints, including mobile apps and websites

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 5 years of product owner or product management experience

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and digital analytics

Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Figma, and Jira

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with individuals outside of span of control

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with digital products in financial services or fintech

End-to-end project management expertise and knowledge of project management software tools

Knowledge of mobile-first design and responsive web development

Experience with A/B testing and customer segmentation

Ability to translate complex financial concepts into intuitive digital experiences
