Sell and promote First Aid products to new accounts with 75 employees or more and/or multiple locations. Develop new business and expand accounts to sell additional lines with priority on first aid, facility services, and safety products. Meet customer needs with products that support a safe, productive workplace. Lead generation and prospecting to grow the sales pipeline. Organize and implement a work plan to maximize daily sales and minimize travel. Maintain an appropriate call average aligned with company objectives. Promote growth by setting appointments, making cold calls, and obtaining referrals for new business. Participate in sales meetings and implement information provided. Submit work orders, paperwork, and expense reports as required; maintain accurate paper-flow. Communicate with the local Sales Manager, Territory Manager, and Regional Sales Manager regarding new accounts and pertinent information. Stay informed about price changes and sell accordingly; maintain a prospect database. Participate in periodic promotions and ensure the personal vehicle used for business is well maintained. Adhere to company policies as outlined in the UniFirst Employee Handbook and related manuals. Share pricing and product information with teammates during sales meetings. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications
What we’re looking for: High school diploma or GED required; 18 years old or older. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; willing to use personal vehicle for business with appropriate auto insurance per UniFirst standards. Two years of business-to-business selling experience required. Strong prospecting and closing skills; high-level selling experience. Resourceful, ethical, persuasive, competitive, and assertive with a self-disciplined and coachable attitude. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. About UniFirst First Aid + Safety
