Shop Technician

What You’ll Do:
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes
Inspect equipment and identify potential problems
Assemble, install, and test new machinery according to specifications
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts usedCommunicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work
Assist with field operations when needed
Paint, pressure wash, and rebuild equipment as necessary
Maintain and update shop inventory regularly
Coordinate logistics for equipment transport between regions and rigs
Participate in Premium Safety and Quality programs
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training/certification a plus
Proven experience as a shop technician or similar role
Strong technical skills and proficiency with diagnostic tools
Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and diagrams
Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment or parts
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices
Proficiency with computers and inventory management software
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Frequent walking, lifting, and equipment operation in a warehouse/shop environment
