Security Professional – Museum Patrol
in
Dallas, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in cultural institutions and more. You will be a Patrol Unarmed Officer responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas within a dynamic cultural institution. Your presence will help deter security incidents while delivering exceptional customer service to visitors and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and engage with individuals to support a welcoming atmosphere. Full Time.
Pay Rate:
$22.05 / Hour.
Job Schedule:
Monday‑Thursday 07:00 AM‑03:00 PM, Friday‑Sunday 07:00 AM‑03:00 PM.

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
Conduct regular and random patrols within the cultural institution and perimeter to deter inappropriate activity and observe for unusual conditions.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, assisting visitors and staff as needed.
Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior within the location.
Document and report any security‑related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity per Allied Universal and site‑specific procedures.
Assist guests and staff with general information, directions, and support within the location.
Minimum Requirements
Three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience, or a college degree.
Minimum age 21.
Five or more years of security‑related experience.
Customer service experience preferred.
CPR and first aid certification preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation required per all federal, state, and local laws.
Drug screen is required to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
