Outside Sales Representative 2 Job Description
As an Outside Sales Representative 2 you will lead and inspire a sales team, handle a mix of referral and self‑generated leads, manage the sales process, conduct property damage inspections, produce reports, and develop compelling estimates. You will also maintain follow‑ups using our CRM system and pursue career advancement with comprehensive training support. Key Responsibilities
Conduct free property damage inspections and assessments promptly and professionally. Maintain a high level of prospecting, referral generation, and contract closures for roofing, siding, and gutters. Utilize field technology tools for activity tracking and damage documentation. Collaborate with property owners to create, negotiate, and finalize exterior renovation projects. Communicate proactively with property owners throughout the process to ensure satisfaction and secure future business and referrals. Qualifications
Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Outgoing personality with the ability to build strong client relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Physical ability to carry, set up, and climb ladders. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Previous experience in the roofing industry or a similar field is preferred. Benefits
