Travel CT Tech - $3,140 per week in Milwaukee, WI

Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: Imaging Specialty: General Imaging Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evening Shift Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2-3 years minimum required License: Not specified Certifications: BLS, ARRT-CT Must-Have: General CT experience from a hospital setting Experience with various patient types Experience with GE equipment (GE Revolution and Evo preferred) Description: General information on scanners: 5 available. We will not accept a traveler with only 1 year of experience. First-time travelers are welcome. Patient types include inpatient, outpatient, and ER. Some pediatric experience is acceptable, approximately 2-3 cases a month, usually teenagers. Common procedures include general anatomy, calcium scoring, coronary studies, stroke alert, CTA perfusion studies, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and head. Procedures performed include biopsies and drains. Patient ratios are 1:1. Support on the unit includes other CT technologists, radiology nursing staff, RRT, code blue team, and centralized transport. The charting system used is EPIC. Scrub color is flexible, except for camo or denim.
