Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Chief of Wound Care. This dynamic role involves providing strategic, clinical, and administrative oversight for our comprehensive, multidisciplinary Wound Care Center, ensuring the delivery of state‑of‑the‑art patient care and driving program growth and innovation.
Opportunity Information:
Lead the clinical direction of the Wound Care Center, developing and implementing advanced, evidence‑based treatment protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient care and outcomes.
Drive the strategic growth and development of the program, including the expansion of services and integration of new technologies like hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT).
Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development for a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and technicians, fostering a collaborative and scholarly environment.
Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor clinical outcomes, and ensure full compliance with all regulatory, DNV, and Joint Commission accreditation standards.
Eligibility for faculty appointment to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine.

Requirements Include:
MD/DO degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School
Board Eligible or Board Certified
Fellowship Trained
Obtain or have the ability to obtain a New Jersey Medical License, DEA, and CDS
Must possess the specialized training and certification required to medically direct and supervise hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT).
COMPENSATION: Minimum Starting Base Salary: $241,304

Degrees attained, residencies, fellowships, board certifications, research, and publications.

Levels of productivity, quality and patient satisfaction.
Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies.
Geographic Location:
Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
Internal Equity:
Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub‑specialty.
Budget and Grant Funding:
Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
In addition to our compensation for full‑time and part‑time (20+ hours/week) positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.
