Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support elementary students throughout the 2025-2026 school year in an onsite capacity. This contract position offers the opportunity to work directly with a diverse caseload of 40-50 elementary-aged students, helping to develop their communication and language skills in a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments
Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and related paperwork
Participate in team meetings and IEP reviews as required
Qualifications
Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license or certification
Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school-based setting
Ability to manage and deliver services to a caseload of 40-50 students effectively
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of assessment tools and intervention strategies for school-aged children
Location
Onsite in Milpitas, California; must be available to work full-time within the school setting
