Hours Per Week : 40 (10 month position)
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000
SUMMARY :
As a School-Based Therapist, you will play a crucial role in the lives of students, providing valuable mental health support and treatment to enhance their well-being and quality of life.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, offering counseling and clinical interventions for a designated caseload.
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions to meet diverse needs.
Collaborate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care.
Maintain communication with internal and external providers to facilitate comprehensive care.
Engage in professional development and supervision to uphold standards of care.
Complete necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
Maintain an active caseload, adhering to productivity expectations and minimizing missed appointments.
Utilize strong computer skills for efficient electronic documentation.
Obtain licensure or permit in a timely manner.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree in a Human Services field.
LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT or permit holder in one of these fields required; limited permit or license needed within one year of hire.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years of relevant experience.
Experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Comfort with using interpreter services via video and phone.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work is primarily sedentary, involving sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing required.
PAY RANGE:
$53,310.00 - $66,420.00

This pay range reflects the current potential base salary for successful applicants and may be adjusted in the future. Compensation will be determined by experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and applicable contracts.
