Base Pay Range $32,405.00/hr - $80,218.00/hr
Position Overview Retail Sales Associate at MWT, AT&T Authorized Retailer. Hiring immediately.
Compensation: $32,405 – $80,218. Commission: Unlimited commission potential.
Full‑time retail sales associate.
Benefits include Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental Plan, Vision & Life Insurance, Vacation Pay, Short & Long Term Disability and 401K.
Job Responsibilities You will assist customers with cell phone upgrades, plan selection, accessories, home services and TV services in a dynamic retail environment. You will work to meet sales targets, maintain product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
Key Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent; BS/BA preferred.
Minimum 1 year of proven retail sales or business experience directly dealing with customers.
Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, travel to local events, set up and tear down, and stand on your feet all day.
Minimum Requirements
A passion for helping people.
